How do I determine my correct shoe size?
We recommend using our printable size guide located on each product page. Since many of our brands offer specialized widths (Narrow to XX-Wide), please measure your foot while wearing the socks you intend to use with the shoes.
What is your return policy for orthotherapeutic footwear?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn shoes in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, compression hosiery and certain orthotic inserts must be unopened to qualify for a refund.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
