The Health Design Classic Post Op Shoe has an interior that can accommodate a circumference of 17 inches for medium to large casts or dressings. It's two hook and loop adjustable straps easily fasten over the instep for a secure fit. This post operative shoe can be worn on either right or left foot. Please Note: The Health Design Classic Post Op Shoe is sold in singles not pairs.
