At Healthy Feet Store, we want to ensure your total satisfaction with every pair of supportive footwear you purchase. If your shoes don't provide the perfect fit or comfort, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn footwear in its original manufacturer's box and secure it inside a separate shipping carton to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
